We're always looking to engage certain muscle groups (depending on the week) and he's always up for the challenge (or lack thereof). He consistently creates new exercises while providing a fun and encouraging workout environment. He's also a master at creating workouts for couples allowing a bit of competitiveness between the x and y chromosomes. Always a fun and exhausting time working out at PTanytime!
